BRINKS Commercial has designed a light duty door closer that's ADA compliant and perfect for interior residential applications. This Light Duty Residential Closer provides added security and safety to your space by automatically closing the door after each open for peace of mind. This closer is a size 1 and has a 180 degree opening range with an automatic hold-open feature that engages at 80 degrees for added convenience. The closer speed is also adjustable so you can seamlessly control the closing and latching of your doors to eliminate slamming. The closer is intended for the push side of interior doors with parallel mounting and can be applied on right or left hinged doors up to 30" wide. A finish matched closer body and mounting hardware are included.
