This heavy duty closer controls the traffic in and out of your space and automatically closes the door after every opening. It controls the closing and latching of your door to eliminate slamming and adds security and safety. For exterior doors up to 48” and interior doors up to 60”. This closer meets ANSI Grade 1 requirements, is ASA compliant, and has a 180-degree opening range. Adjustable closing, latching and backcheck speeds, and the adjustable spring tension powers this closer from a Size 1 to a Size 6 to provide power adjustment for light to very heavy applications. Compatible with most commercial doors, and can be utilized in standard, top jamb and parallel mounting applications. Features a patented universal mounting plate with holes that match the hole patterns of most closers in the market, so you can replace a broken closer without drilling new holes in an expensive or fire-rated door. The All-In-One Closer meets ANSI Grade 1 requirements, is 3-hour fire-rated and is ADA compliant making it perfect for commercial use by meeting building codes. For added versatility, it has adjustable sizing ranging from 1-6 and a 180-degree opening range so you can use it in a variety of settings ranging from light to heavy duty. Adjustable back check helps prevent wind damage to your closer and your door. The all-in-one closer works on interior doors up to 60" wide and exterior doors up to 48" wide. It can be applied to left or right handed doors and can be standard, top or parallel mounted. An aluminum closer body, all mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
